Privacy Policy
Pillar Automation, LLC · Effective July 1, 2026
Pillar Automation, LLC ("Pillar Automation," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through pillarautomation.io and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — name, phone number, email address, business type, and message content when you submit our contact form, book an appointment, call us, or email us.
- Booking information — appointments scheduled through our booking page are processed by Microsoft Bookings under your Microsoft-provided details.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited). We do not run advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments.
- To operate, improve, and secure our website and services.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. Text messaging (SMS) program
If you opt in to text messages from Pillar Automation, LLC — for example by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form or replying to a message from us — the following applies:
- Program purpose: conversational messages about your inquiry, and appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups related to Pillar Automation services.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed immediately and automatically. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@pillarautomation.io.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving services.
- No third-party marketing: mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties, except for vendors and service providers (such as our messaging platform) acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you requested.
4. Who we share information with
Only service providers that make our services work — such as our messaging platform (Twilio), scheduling (Microsoft Bookings / Microsoft 365), email (Microsoft 365), and secure hosting — and only as needed to provide the service. Each acts on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
5. Data retention & security
We keep inquiry and consent records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for legal record-keeping (including SMS consent records). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access is limited to the two owners, and systems are monitored.
6. Your choices & rights
- Reply STOP to end text messages at any time.
