These terms govern your use of pillarautomation.io and communications with Pillar Automation, LLC ("Pillar Automation," "we," "us"). Client engagements are governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work, which control over these website terms.

1. What we do

Pillar Automation builds and operates workflow and AI automation for small businesses — lead follow-up, missed-call recovery, review requests, booking, intake, reporting, and related services. Information on this site is general in nature and not a guarantee of specific results; every business is different, and actual outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

2. Using this site

• You may use this site to learn about our services, contact us, and book appointments.
• Don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, probe it, submit false information, or use it for unlawful purposes.
• Booking an appointment or submitting the contact form does not by itself create a client relationship.

3. Text messaging

By opting in to SMS (see the consent language at the point of collection), you agree to receive conversational and appointment-related messages from us. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding of this site belong to Pillar Automation, LLC. Our reusable automation templates, prompts, and internal tooling remain our property; client-specific configurations and client data belong to the client, as set out in each engagement's contract.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pillar Automation, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
